1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using auto-thai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Service Overview & Business Model
Auto-thai.com is a digital marketplace connecting automotive dealers and buyers.

Standard Listings: We operate a no-commission model for standard “For Sale” listings. You keep 100% of your profit.

Auction Services: For vehicles sold via auction, a “Success Fee” applies. Auto-thai.com facilitates connections but does not act as an agent, broker, or party to any transaction.
3. Fees and Payments

Success Fee (Auctions): The Success Fee is earned only upon the successful completion of a sale. This fee is calculated as [Insert % or Amount] of the final hammer price.

Invoicing: Auto-thai.com will issue an invoice to the [Buyer/Seller] upon the successful conclusion of an auction. Payment must be remitted within [Number] business days.

4. Auction Participation & Dispute Resolution

Failed Transactions: In the event of a breach (non-payment by buyer or non-delivery by seller), Auto-thai.com reserves the right to:

Charge an Administrative Penalty Fee of [Insert Amount].

Suspend or terminate the user’s account.

Flag the user’s profile for poor transaction history.

Second Chance Policy: If a winning bidder defaults, Auto-thai.com reserves the right to offer the vehicle to the second-highest bidder or relist the vehicle.

Mediation: Auto-thai.com is a facilitator, not a mediator. We are not responsible for the accuracy of vehicle descriptions or the financial performance of users. Disputes must be settled directly between the buyer and seller.
5. User Obligations

Accuracy: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of vehicle descriptions, pricing, and images.

Compliance: Users agree to comply with all Thai laws, including vehicle registration and consumer protection requirements.

Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

“As-Is” Service: The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. Auto-thai.com makes no guarantees regarding vehicle quality or buyer/seller reliability.

Indemnification: Users agree to hold harmless Auto-thai.com, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from transactions conducted on the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and proprietary software on auto-thai.com remain the exclusive property of the business.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
Privacy Policy
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
