Thai auto dealers have always been resourceful — but the tools available to them haven’t kept up. Auctions still happen in car parks. Listings are scattered across Facebook groups. Commission fees eat into every deal. We decided to change that.

The problem we saw
Thailand's auto market had no home online.
When we looked at the Thai automotive market, we saw a gap that surprised us. While countries across the region had established digital auction and dealer platforms, Thailand — one of Southeast Asia’s largest vehicle markets — had nothing purpose-built for its dealers.
Dealers were managing inventory on spreadsheets, running auctions via LINE groups, and paying commission fees to platforms that weren’t built with their needs in mind. There was no verified dealer network, no transparent bidding system, and no single place to connect buyers and sellers across all regions.
So after six months of development, research, and conversations with dealers across Thailand — we built Thai Auto Dealer Network.
The timeline
Late 2025 — Research begins
Conversations with dealers across Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and the Northeast reveal a consistent frustration — no digital home for the Thai auto trade.
Early 2026 — Platform development
Design and build begins. Core features: public auctions, dealer listings, wanted ads, and a verified dealer badge system.
Mid 2026 — Beta testing / Early Access
First dealers invited to test the platform across multiple regions. Feedback shapes the final feature set.
2026 — Early Access Phase / Public launch
Thai Auto Dealer Network opens to all dealers and buyers across Thailand’s seven region
